No collar, a short placket with three buttons, a straight hem with a split at each side. It goes over the head rather than buttoning all the way, which keeps the front flat and means there is less to iron. Unisex: the same shirt in six sizes, so check the chest measurement rather than the letter.
The placket is interfaced to keep it from waving, and that strip is noticeably stiffer than the rest of the shirt for the first few washes.
